Smile With Me will refund the amount of the merchandise ONLY. We will ask the customer to return the merchandise - customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If the merchandise is damaged upon delivery, the customer will have to email us and explain the damage along with a photo of the damaged merchandise. We will replace the merchandise (shipping included) for FREE. We have to be notified within 15 days of the merchandise order.
