  • What is your return policy?
    FOR OUR BOOKS: Smile With Me will refund the amount of the book ONLY. We will ask the customer to return the book - customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If the book is damaged upon delivery, the customer will have to email us and explain the damage along with a photo of the damaged book. We will replace the book (shipping included) for FREE. We will only replace it for FREE one time. We have to be notified within 15 days of the book order. FOR OUR MERCHANDISE: Smile With Me will refund the amount of the merchandise ONLY. We will ask the customer to return the merchandise - customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If the merchandise is damaged upon delivery, the customer will have to email us and explain the damage along with a photo of the damaged merchandise. We will replace the merchandise (shipping included) for FREE. We have to be notified within 15 days of the merchandise order.
  • What are your shipping options?
    Orders of 10 or more books can be delivered within a 10 mile radius. Call or email (list phone number and email address) for additional information.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and cash app.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Shipping and handling takes between 5-7 business days.
