What is your return policy?

FOR OUR BOOKS: Smile With Me will refund the amount of the book ONLY. We will ask the customer to return the book - customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If the book is damaged upon delivery, the customer will have to email us and explain the damage along with a photo of the damaged book. We will replace the book (shipping included) for FREE. We will only replace it for FREE one time. We have to be notified within 15 days of the book order.
